Return Policy

Our goal at Nevada Safes is to provide our customers with the best products and service available. We value your business and your feedback is important to us and our reputation.

All sales are final. If a return is authorized for an exceptional reason, there is a 25% restocking fee. Delivery fees are non-refundable. If the safe is delivered, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective & Damaged Products Policy:

In the event you receive a defective, non-functional or damaged item, Nevada Safes will replace the item at absolutely no cost to the buyer and pay for the shipping of the new item to the buyer and the return of the defective, non-functional or damaged item back to Nevada Safes.
Buyer must return the defective, non-functional or damaged item unless instructed to do otherwise.
If an item turns out to be non-defective upon receipt, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellations:
At Nevada Safes we ship all in-stock orders by 1:00 pm PST the following business day. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us before the item is shipped to receive a full refund. If you decide to cancel an order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for returning the item to us.
