SHOTGUN RAFFLE TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Eligibility: Raffle is open to all legal residents of the State of Nevada who are at least 21 years of age at time of entry.
  • All Raffle Ticket Sales will be conducted in person by a Nevada Safes
  • One (1) raffle ticket will be given out for each $500 (pre tax)spent (excluding services and accessories). Each ticket purchased will have a ticket number.
  • Raffle period:This raffle will begin on January 1st 2022 and end on June 30, 2022
  • Prize: one (1) winner will win a ROCK ISLAND - VRPA40 12GA PUMP ACTION SHOTGUN
  • The winner must be allowed to legally own and possess a firearm and are bound to all state and federal laws pertaining to taking possession of a firearm.
  • The winner must pay for (including the transfer fee) and pass a background check in the State of Nevada to receive their prize.
  • Raffle winners will have 30 days to claim their prize. If a winner fails to accept their prize within 30 days, that prize will be forfeited and the next winning ticket will be drawn.
  • Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the raffle constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these rules and the decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these official rules and fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
  • General Conditions: Nevada Safes in their discretion reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds tampering with the entry process or operation of the raffle or to be acting in violation with these official rules. Any attempt by any person or organization to damage, interfere with or undermine the legitimate operation of this raffle may be a violation of criminal and civil law. Should such an attempt be made, Nevada Safes reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure of Nevada Safes to enforce any provision of these official rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  • Release and limitation of liability: By participating in the raffle participants agree to release and hold harmless Nevada Safes. and any of its associates, agents, board members, vendors, other companies and/or their affiliates as well as any person or company acting on behalf or volunteering for Nevada Safes for the purpose of this raffle from or against any and all claims or cause of action arising out of participation in this raffle, or receipt or use of the prizes. Entrant also waives the right to claim any damages, whatsoever, including but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.
